   • Provide a dimensioned floor plan.

2. IN-HOME PROJECT ASSESSMENT:

   • Visit your residence for precise measurements.

   • Discuss the desired scope of work.

   • Evaluate the existing space and anticipated changes' impact.

   • Duration: Typically 1 – 1.5 hours.

3. PRELIMINARY DESIGN PRESENTATION AND RETAINER MEETING:

   • Meet at our showroom for further selection discussions.

   • Prepare a Good, Better, Best Estimate with your input.

   • Execute a Retainer Agreement and schedule.

   • Retainer fee: 10% of project estimate.

   • Receive copies of all design materials.

4. INCORPORATION OF ARCHITECT MIKE ISIK'S EXPERTISE:

5. INCORPORATION OF TUNCAY'S 48 YEARS OF WOODWORK AND CARPENTRY EXPERIENCE:

   • Conduct detailed site visits for accurate work estimates.

7. FINAL SELECTIONS AND CONTRACT SIGNING:

   • Confirm all final selections.

   • Review and sign the final contract.

   • Initiate payments for special order materials and deposits.

8. IMPLEMENTATION AND INSTALLATION:

   • Procure all necessary materials.

   • Establish a project schedule.

   • Commence the project and maintain ongoing communication.

   • Complete the project as scheduled.
